Terms of Service

Hub is operated by SynthaSkill LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using Hub ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Hub is an aviation company management platform designed for Part 145 repair stations, FBOs, aviation employers, and their workforce. It provides tools for employee management, FAA airmen certificate tracking, training records, scheduling, timesheets, and Part 145 compliance oversight. Hub does not certify regulatory compliance — that responsibility remains with the certificate holder and their designated personnel.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
3. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. Better Auth session tokens expire 7 days after issue; you may revoke them via the Settings page at any time.
4. Subscription, Trial, and Fees
New accounts receive a 14-day free Pro trial. After the trial, continued access to Pro features requires an active paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance via Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice; existing paid subscribers will not see a price change mid-billing-cycle.
5. Certificate Tracking and Compliance Data
Hub allows you to record FAA airmen certificate numbers, ratings, medical class, currency dates, and training completions for your workforce. This data is stored as entered by authorized administrators. We do not independently verify certificate validity — you are responsible for ensuring your compliance records are accurate. Certificate lookups against the public FAA Airmen registry are performed for display purposes only and do not constitute legal verification of certificate status.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not falsify airmen certificate records or training completions.
- Do not reverse-engineer or scrape the Service.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Do not exceed plan limits via multiple accounts.
7. Your Data
You own your data. Company administrators can export employee records, certifications, and training history at any time from the Settings page. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how long we retain it.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. Your records enter a 30-day grace period before hard deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms with notice where practicable.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Hub is a record-keeping and workforce management tool — it is your responsibility to ensure your organization's records and operations meet the regulatory requirements applicable to you, including but not limited to FAR Part 145 and Part 65.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) $100 USD or (b) the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; if we make material changes we will notify you by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect.
